The Great Controversy Between Christ and His Angels and Satan and His Angels, Little Flock, and other material written by the
pioneers of the Seventh-day Adventist church are available for perusal and
downloading. All material is from those people closely related to the Advent
movement basically started when the Holy Spirit pressed the conviction on
William Miller in 1831 to publicly preach, thru the 1843 - 1844 disappointment,
on past the confusion that followed, after the organization of the SDA church
in 1863, down to the time that James White died and Uriah Smith became editor at the Battle Creek publishing house in 1881. Some other original books will be made available also. Featured writers will be William Miller, Ellen White, James White, and Joseph Bates. As "The Great Controversy Between Christ and His Angels, and Satan and His Angels" is the second most important book in the whole world, it will command most of the spotlight.

The first chapter of the 1858 Great Controversy Between Christ and His Angels and Satan and His Angels book has been made into a Flash animated movie. Many people especially in S.E. Asia have found this movie to be very interesting, in helping them to grasp visually what the words in this book are saying. Many children are surprised to see Satan as a beautiful angel, as they only know him as an ugly beast with hooves and horns!

Study Guide for the 1858 version of The Great Controversy Between Christ and His Angels, and Satan and His Angels
This study guide took a little over one year for the webmaster to make. It covers every chapter in the book, paragraph by paragraph, and asks 674 questions which can be directly answered from the book. The object is to get readers to understand more deeply the contents of the book, while avoiding open-ended type of questions which often lead to debate. All comments and advice are welcome.

(slowly). Here is the status of the various languages it's been translated and
printed in. The webmaster is very interested in getting it translated into
Chinese, French, and Portuguese especially, and will do all he can to
get it translated and printed in these and other languages. Please send emails
saying: "I can translate it into....." Let's work with the 3rd angel!

This may seem a little like "puffing and boasting", but i just put it up to encourage others who may think that no one is interested in inspired writings, and to hopefully make those who have downloaded books want to network more together so we can study and learn together and lift each other up more. There were roughtly 68,000 books downloaded last year, including almost 38,000 1858 Great Controversy books. This is super-thrilling to me, as i remember back in 1998 when i first put this book up on the net, and prayed to God that 100 would get downloaded in one month. My thinking is often very small, and i smile at how God must be looking at my little faith. Lord, please give me more faith! There were 63,000 mp3 files downloaded, including around 10,000 whole audio books of the 1858gc. The 1858gc video was watched around 9,000 times on this site, and several more thousand on youtube. There were around 9,000 other booklets and things i've written downloaded also. I put up a James White book about the 7 Trumpets to show how we SDAs need to restudy our prophecy foundations. Our pioneers, except for Ellen White, were way off on their interpretations of the 7 Trumpets, as they interpreted them as being all in the past, while we know that the final fulfillment is yet in the future.
The 1858gc book was printed in Thai, Romanian, and Burmese (Myanmar) language last year, and is currently in progress of translation in Armenian, Gujarati, Spanish, and Portuguese. The Marathi translation is finished, but have not sent funds to print it yet. Does anyone have any clues on someone to translate it into Chinese? It's been translated 2 1/3 times into Chinese already, but still cannot be used as the 2 completed translations are not faithful. It is hard to find people who really take this book to heart, who want to spread it. I thank especially the Romanian translator for putting lots of effort into finding a good publisher and seeing that the book gets distributed. It was also great last year to meet the Ukrainian publishing director who showed how they printed another 25,000 copies of this precious book there - praise God!
I'm still lost at trying to get this book into an animation, but slowly working towards that goal. When i see that Pigeon Impossible, an animation of less than 6 minutes, took a guy over 5 years to do, i get discouraged.... If it is God's will, i will be diligent and persevere.
